Why we started
The idea began with a simple workshop question: could a traditional stretcher bar be easier to handle without giving up a clean, square frame? We designed an interlocking bar that can be printed consistently, checked by hand, and reused across projects. The result avoids splintered edges and warped wood while keeping the familiar four-bar frame that stitchers already understand.
Every standard item is sold as one pair of two matching bars. Two pairs make a complete square or rectangular frame, and the price is fixed by physical length rather than color. That straightforward structure makes it easy to mix a six-inch pair with an eight-inch pair for a 6 × 8 frame—or match two pairs for a square.
How we work
We design and 3D-print our PLA+ bars in small batches in Denton, Texas. Each batch is inspected for smooth edges and clean-fitting joints before it is packed. Our goal is not to turn a simple tool into a complicated product; it is to make the sizes, colors, pricing, and assembly instructions clear enough that a first-time buyer can choose confidently.
