USPS shipping within the United States
Orders normally leave our workshop within 3–5 business days. We ship exclusively with USPS. Shipping rates are calculated from your delivery address and shown before payment. USPS delivery estimates begin after the order ships.
Please double-check your address. If you need to change it before your order ships, email hello@dentoncurioco.com as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Standard products must be returned in their original condition. Unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Custom, personalized, branded, and wholesale products are final sale unless damaged or incorrect. For damage or an order error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted before production begins. Because each order is made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellation after production has started.
Pairs, color, and care
One item is a pair of two matching bars. A complete frame needs two pairs. Colors may vary slightly between screens and filament batches. Keep PLA bars at room temperature, away from hot cars, sunny windowsills, and other high heat.
