You can browse our public storefront and use the order builder without creating a Denton Curio Co account. The order builder keeps your selected lengths, colors, and quantities in your browser while you prepare a cart. The storefront does not ask for or store payment-card numbers. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose reliability problems.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and how people use the storefront. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device, and pages visited. We do not send payment-card details to Google Analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Checkout and order information
When you continue to checkout, Stripe hosts the secure payment page and collects the contact, shipping, tax, and payment information needed to complete the purchase. Denton Curio Co receives the order details needed to make, ship, support, refund, or account for the order, but we do not receive your full payment-card number. Stripe processes information under its own privacy policy and security practices. Our storefront stores an order snapshot and Stripe identifiers so payment events can be verified and fulfilled without relying on a browser return page.
Email and customer support
If you email us, we receive the address, message, attachments, and any order details you choose to provide. We use that information to answer the inquiry, provide customer support, prepare a requested quote, or resolve an order issue. Please do not email sensitive payment credentials. We retain business and order records only as reasonably needed for support, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and other legal obligations.
Sharing, choices, and contact
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help host the storefront, process checkout, deliver email, prevent fraud, or ship an order, and when disclosure is required by law. You may ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@dentoncurioco.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, security, or transaction purposes.
